The Torry Lighthouse Centre recently hosted its first WAY UP Conference — a one-day event dedicated to workshops, skills training, and personal development.
Over 100 participants attended sessions led by local professionals and trainers, covering topics such as employability, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and confidence building.
The event aimed to create pathways for personal and professional growth, helping residents strengthen their skills, connect with employers, and build stronger futures.
The Centre plans to expand the initiative with ongoing workshops, mentoring, and networking programmes throughout the year.
